Forget Address Books - What You Need is a Contact Log
Doug over at DIY Planner is a genius (as always). DIY Planner is dedicated to staying organized with paper tools and his page per contact template makes so much sense as you can log interactions and reminders on a per-person basis. Imagine having a log of all the conversations you had with your boss (or mother!) at your fingertips.
